- Lead a team of 10+ engineers for the innovation projects within the organization. Few projects that I oversaw includes the development of project and leaves management system, recruitment system, data infrastructure portal utilizing Kafka, and mass communication engines.
- Actively involved in implementation, and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure, including software, networks, and servers. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to support day-to-day business operations.
- Assisting in developing the technology strategy, vision, aligning it with business goals and objectives. Identifying technologies that can be leveraged to improve operations.
- Currently mentoring and leading a 5-member team of engineers who are focused on developing an AI layer on top of the recritment system to bring in more intelligence.

- Provided mentorship, support, and technical expertise to new team members. Assisted them in understanding the codebase, architectural concepts, and best practices.
- I was also involved in recruitments of new developers to assess candidates' skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the team.
